Many people are told that they have an anatomical short leg and this creates unlevel hips that can lead to lower back issues as well as sciatica, knee and ankle pain and a myriad of other problems.
The "short leg" syndrome can actually be caused by a misalignment of the hips and not an anatomical short leg at all.
